By signing up, accessing, and/or using the Platform: (i) each User is agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms of Use; and (ii) each Member Contractor is agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Member Contract Agreement. The Company may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on its behalf. Examples may include providing marketing assistance, information technology support, and customer service. These other companies will have access to the Information only as necessary to perform their functions and to the extent permitted by law.
